At Stevenson Orthodontics we
practice Team Centered Care which means the team
is made up of the patient, the doctor, and an
assigned clinical assistant, all working together
to meet the patient's orthodontic needs.
First, in Team Centered Care, the patient commits
to playing an active role in his or her own orthodontic
care. Communication and compliance are essential
for outstanding results.
Next, Dr. Stevenson makes
all clinical decisions and closely monitor treatment
plans so that the patient progresses as efficiently
as possible.
And thirdly, one assigned clinical
assistant will follow a patient throughout the
entire treatment. This Team Centered Care allows
for the assistant to become more involved in patient
progress making the patient's visits familiar,
comfortable, and allowing constant communication
with the patient and parent. |
