We strive to make your first visit both informative and pleasant.
Our receptionist will greet you and show you how to check
in at our computer-friendly check-in station. You will then
be escorted to the new patient room by our treatment coordinator
where you will receive a complete orthodontic exam and evaluation
by Dr. Stevenson, with plenty of time for questions and
answers. Next, we will take both a digital panoramic X-ray
and a digital computer image of the patient's face and teeth
to further evaluate the treatment plan.
Then, it is on to a tour of our office and
an introduction of the staff.
When you leave our office you will have
made an informative decision based upon the following - what
type of orthodontic treatment is needed and when to start,
an estimated length of treatment time, as well as exact cost
with payment options. We accept most orthodontic insurance
plans and we will be happy to work with you in facilitating
and receiving your benefits.
